Accreditations, Memberships & Competence;

At 225 Fire Solutions Ltd, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional competence within the fire safety industry.

 

All assessors maintain professional memberships with the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) and the Fire Protection Association (FPA) to ensure continued awareness of evolving fire safety legislation, guidance, and industry best practice.

Our assessors complete a structured Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme exceeding 25 hours annually, supporting ongoing technical competence and professional development.

All fire risk assessors are listed on the National Fire Risk Assessors Register (NFRAR) at a minimum Tier 2 (Intermediate) level.

 

Assessors hold qualifications relevant to the type of fire risk assessment being conducted and possess practical experience aligned to the specific building profile and occupancy risk. Qualifications and competence are maintained in accordance with the recommendations of relevant British Standards relating to fire risk assessor competence.

Assessors also possess significant operational and fire safety experience gained within the Fire and Rescue Service, providing practical insight into fire behaviour, emergency response, building risk profiles, and fire safety management.

225 Fire Solutions Ltd also maintains appropriate professional insurance cover. Evidence of qualifications, memberships, registrations, CPD records, and insurance documentation can be provided upon request.
